GRUMA
GRUMA is one of the world's largest makers of corn flour and tortillas: it mills Maseca flour for tortilla makers in Mexico and the US and bakes Mission and Guerrero tortillas, with more than half of its sales in the United States.
Most Maseca flour goes to tortilla shops, not homes.
Mexico's tortillerías buy it in 20 kg sacks to make fresh tortillas, so Gruma sells the ingredient behind much of the country's daily staple.
