Liverpool
El Puerto de Liverpool is Mexico's largest department-store group: 125 Liverpool stores and 194 Suburbia stores, its own credit cards held by 8.4 million customers, 30 Galerías shopping centres, and since 2025 49.9% of the US chain Nordstrom.
It co-owns Nordstrom, a big US department-store chain.
Since May 2025 Liverpool and the Nordstrom family each hold about half of Nordstrom, giving it dollar earnings and US retail know-how.
