Zalando
Zalando runs Europe's large fashion and lifestyle shopping apps (Zalando, ABOUT YOU, Lounge by Zalando) in 29 markets, selling its own stock and earning commissions from brands that sell through it, and rents out its logistics and software to other retailers through ZEOS.
A third of what it sells comes from other brands' stock.
In the partner programme brands keep the inventory and pay a commission, so Zalando grows choice without tying up cash.
